It fits my 11yr old and says and is fine wearing it all day at school except during physical activity’s

The mask appears to be build good and should last a while. I was really hoping this was going to be the last mask I bought for my kids. However because it will not stay on child’s face while running or playing on playground you will still need to buy cloth of disposable mask for physical activity’s
I rate it 3-3.5 as I was able to buy on sale and applied a discount. I think if I had paid full price I would have only given it 2.5stars. As additional mask are still needed for running and playing and the filter latch opens too easily. In my opinion these flaws are easily correctable by the design team. I wear masks all the time in construction industry climbing, crawling, bending and the harness on my head keeps my mask in place and with my addition filters are much heavier then the Gill mask.

It has been more than 3 and a half weeks since I ordered it and I still have not received it yet.

Very long delivery, no real tracking, my order seems to be lost at this point and I have to investigate myself, as if 100 dollars for 2 masks is not enough to get a proper delivery service.

I'm a BIG fan of Gill masks. They provide superior protection and comfort, but they are best in calm and climate controlled situations.

The fit and seal are fine. Neither of my kids or I (in a large) have had any trouble breathing in them.

It will get swampy if you exert yourself or wear it in warmer weather.

Deducted 1 star because the filter door can pop open if subjected to jarring activity (like when my 8 year old jumped off a 4 foot high platform on the first day of school). A little strip of clear packing tape will keep it closed, but I feel like that shouldn't be necessary.

The Gill masks work GREAT for calm activities (sitting on train, walking in store, going to class), but you might want to have something else handy for gym and recess
