Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you pre-order Gill Mask PRO/ Upgrade Kit products from Gill Lab Pte Ltd/ Gill Lab Inc. ("Gill Lab"). By placing a pre-order, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

1. Placing a pre-order of Gill Mask PRO/ Upgrade Kit

When placing a pre-order for Gill Mask PRO/ Upgrade Kit products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept up-to-date. Gill Lab shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

2. Payment

You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Pre-Order payments do not mean the availability of the Product but represent your offer ("Offer") to buy Gill Mask PRO products when it is generally released for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your Offer and your Offer is only accepted once the Pre-ordered product(s) is dispatched. You may cancel your pre-order and get a full refund of your pre-order payment at any time before the product(s) has been dispatched.

3. Delivery

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Gill Mask PRO products as soon as possible, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Gill Lab does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship Gill Mask PRO products by the estimated date. As a result, Gill Lab will not be liable for any changes to delivery dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the product has been dispatched ("Dispatch Notice"). If cancellation occurs before the Dispatch Notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pre-order payment.
